Finesse Chinese Display Problem

Hello,

I am using uccx 10.5 and finesse 10.5. I used a script for inbound call distribution. In the script in defined a variable user.selectedlanguage . In IVR process a value "Cantonese(廣東話)" was given. But when I output in Finesse Desktop "Cantonese()" was shown. Why there is such a Chinese Character Error?

This is a Finesse agent desktop product issue best handled by the TAC.
