Finesse Conference API.

Hi folks,

Am integrating Cisco Finesse 11 with 3rd party telephony server. How should I write Conference functionality code. I dont find any Conference API in Finesse 11 API guide. Please guide.

Hi Ritesh,

Conference is under Take an action on a participant API where the action is CONFERENCE. You must first initiate a consult call, then make it a conference.

Can you please explain to me the simple steps to implement conference functionality?

Actually, I am confused now, consult call and conference call are same or different? can we make a blind conference call?
