Finesse Desktop connection lost randomly with Connection has timed out

The Finesse desktop agent is randomly losing connection with the UCCX cluster (pub and sub). On restarting the server or just the Finesse Tomcat service, everything is back to normal. But again randomly at a given time, it would lose connectivity. There are around 30 agents at different locations, and all of them face this issue. We had 4 such instances yesterday after about a week. Any help in this issue would be greatly appreciated.

what version you are running with UCCX?

Did you have chance to get and read logs? if you can provide more info, it will be great
