Finesse Desktop Live Data Gadget

Is it possible to provide a Supervisor Live Data Gadget to an agent desktop by including a supervisor login in the desktop layout XML?

I can add the gadget to the Agent Layout but the agent display for that gadget shows -

'User does not have sufficient permissions for entity: 9A7A14A510000140000000EB0A4E5E6B (minimu...'

Which is what I expected without the proper credentials.

Or - would the best way to do it, make the agents supervisors?

Hi,

It is not possible to provide the supervisor login in the desktop layout. That would not be secure since the layout is not encoded. So, it is probably best to make the agents supervisors.
