Solved: Re: Finesse Gadgets Break Upgrading from 11.6 to 12.0

Hello,

We utilized the EmbeddedWebApp and CUIC sample gadgets in Finesse 11.6. After upgrading to Finesse 12.0, we discovered they no longer work. They do not display anything. on Github, there are no version 12.0 of these sample gadgets.

Anyone else experience this and have a workaround?

This mentions UCCX, but it is the exact behavior you have for the exact same gadgets.

You might also want to check that "regular"/stock gadgets works, vs. if it is only these two that are the issue.

When you say sample gadgets, can you give their names? Like do you have a screenshot of how they looked in 11.6 vs. what you're seeing now?
