Finesse historical CUIC report integration

Hi Team, I have a simply question but I can't do this works:(

This is related to CUIC 12.0 an Finesse report Integration with historical reports

Always have the same issue
This is the permakin and it works
https://ccx1.host.es:8444/cuicui/permalink/?viewId=C1A7E05D100001870001526B53ECDCEC&linkType=htmlType&viewType=Grid&refreshRate=1800

However when I try to configure in CUIC the issue is:

<gadget>https://localhost:8444/cuic/gadget/Historical/HistoricalGadget.jsp?viewId=C1A7E05D100001870001526B53ECDCEC&linkType=htmlType&viewType=Grid&refreshRate=900&@start_date=RELDATE%20THISWEEK&@end_date=RELDATE%20THISWEEK&@agent_list=CL%20~teams~&gadgetHeig...</gadget>

Error fetching filter info. Unable to load the report. Please refresh the page. If the condition persists, contact your administrator.

¿I need to change RELDATE%20THISWEEK for other value? I would like this works only for supervisors

Hi,

Do those filters work on the permalink as well? I'd suggest opening up the browser's developer tool and see what exactly is the error.
