Finesse integrated browser with CCX

Any body know if it's possible to have a new tab in Finesse that has an integrated browser?   If so, what does the layout look like?

Yes, please check out the sample gadgets on DevNet for examples. The Embedded Web App Sample would be a good one to start with.

Thanks for the reply.   What I'm a little confused about, is where do these gadgets get installed.   Are these installed on the Finesse server (UCCX) or do I need a third party server to host?

Gadgets can be run direct from the third party gadget account on the finesse server.
