We have upgraded the CUCM and UCCX to the latest version from 8.5
We Configured the Finesse IP phone agent service ,Finesse Desktop is working fine
When we select Finesse IPPA service ,Its asking to provide the Agent ID, Password, Extension
While submitting giving error "sign-in error ,If the Problem persists, contact your administrator"
Even I tried the Wrong id ,password,extn and the Error is same

Issue fixed after changing the DNS parameter using Root login by cisco TAC
Issue happened because of the DNS added after upgrade of the servers ,So the DNS parameters not reflected in FIPPA ,TAC login in root and added DNS in FIPPA configuration properties
