Hi, all,
I use CUCM 10.5 + UCCX 10.5 + QM 10.5
Sometimes about 7 to 10days, finesse service is out in UCCX pub and sub.
I tried restart Tomcat service, not ok, agent still can not login finesse page.
I must restart UCCX server, finesse is IN Service, agent can relogin finesse page !
Can everybody help me troubleshoot this problem ?
I am newbie in this case !
