finesse Korean characters

Customer needs to display the Call variables in Korean on the Finesse screen. Is it possible to do so? If so, what's required?

Re-opening this topic re Korean Characters for a friend who is ... trying to check a database with a primary key in English with a search field in Korean.

The service provider is saying that the UCCE AWDB database AWDB does not support UTF-8 or multibyte Korean characters. Is there a way of having the ICM database support UTF-8 or multibyte Korean characters?

Do they also have the language pack for UCCE as well?

Hi, it is mentioned in the link I sent above too.

"The Unified CCE Language pack also contains the customized version of Configuration Manager tools for east Asian locales like Chinese, Japanese and Korean. The language pack enables localized input to be entered in those Configuration Manager tool sets."
