Finesse Log Monitoring

Hi,

How can we forward the syslogs to any monitoring Tools(SIEM solution-Splunk) of finesse servers ?

Is this can be archived by using SNMP user ?

Best I know is you can do a scheduled collection via RTMT and send the file via FTP/SFTP

Please let me know In which log we get the agent log in and logout status ?

That would be best to run a, agent report from CUIC.  RTMT Log/Trace files are typically used for troubleshooting.  Whereas CUIC will give you historical reporting detail, like agent state detail reporting.

Here customer looking for a audit logs that will show the user login information.
