We ran into an issue in which every time an agent tries to log into Finesse, their Finesse page just refreshes and empties all of the fields (UserID, Password, and IPCC Extension). This appears to be due to bug CSCvb97690.
I had the agent enter an incorrect password, which gave an actual error message of "Invalid username or password". I then had the agent enter the correct information, and the agent was able to login successfully.
Workaround: If the IPCC extension is set after the problem is encountered, type in the incorrect password for the agent to clear the realm cache. Then login normally with the correct password.
