finesse login with the error "CF_GENERIC_UNSPECIFIED_REJECTION" and invalid device

Hello,

I use finesse restAPI 11.5 to create my website, a agent ca successful log in the finesse when open a new brower page, when the agent is logout, and login again, there  is a error ""CF_GENERIC_UNSPECIFIED_REJECTION" and invalid device".  I shold close my brower page, and open a new page to restart my siteweb, and then the agent can successful log in the finesse without error.

Hi,

What kind of device are you using and does your website do anything to register this phone. The error CF_GENERIC_UNSPECIFIED_REJECTION" comes from CCE/CCX and usually means there is something wrong with the device.
