We have just migrated to Finesse and it seems like the rules to prefix a 9 to our dial strings have been done away with
Is there a way to configure Finesse to prefix a 9 if the agent has forgot to do so?
We have this set up as application dialing in CUCM for our Jabber clients and in Cisco Agent Desktop before as dialing rules
Thanks!

Jakub-
How is the user dialing the number? If through the out of the box dialer, I'm not aware of way to do intercept the call from the front end / gadget side. However, you could write your own gadget that would inspect the number and take care of adding the 9 for you.

They're dialing from the out of the box dialer. In CAD we were able to manage this with the built in rules
We will look at add ons
Thank you

There is a sample gadget for doing just this over at the finesse devnet site.

Which gadget is it? The learning gadget with the dialer looks like it could be modified for such but is there an existing complete one?
