What version of UCCX, what version of Chrome, what version of IE, etc.

Did this just start happening after you upgrade Finesse/CUIC or after you upgraded Chrome?

lastest chrome version ,ccx 12.5(1)_SU01_ES03 .this is new configuration . we want to make "detailed call csq agent report " gadget for finesse agents .

our configration is working on ie (also lastest version) but we encountered this error on edge, chrome .

Does the report run on the other browsers if you run it directly from CUIC? In other words, is it just not working when running in Finesse?

yes it is working when we login to finesse with ie , permalink also working on chrome but we have this issue just it is running in finesse on chrome .

Enable the developer mode to get additional insights on the browser backend. something must be getting blocked due to group policies.

Thanks
