How custom Finesse application should work? DO we need to call SystemInfo API first and after getting the response we should associate agent with the Finesse Server where Load Balancer redirected the request. Like Finesse Desktop client only call Load Balancer URL for login and after that it directly call Finesse server URL for all subsequent API call for the user/agent.
