Finesse shows incorrect call timing.

I am facing issue. Can someone please help.

 

DC is located in HK, Where CUCM and UCCX are there.

 

Few of the agents are in India. When India agents receive a call it shows HK time instead of India Local time on the Finesse.

 

However their IP Phones shows correct India Time.

 

How this can be resolved.

Hi,

I do not know much about the finesse calling time but I guess it has to do with the uccx NTP . Your uccx and cucm are located in HK. Where is the NTP server located?

For the ip phones to sync with India time,it means that their cucm ,probably subscriber is pointing to NTP server located at India.

The Agents at India are logged on to uccx finesse  which uses NTP server at HK.

Can you provide more information regarding the above?
