No,the only gadgets available at the Finesse Developer Community are below:

You can either create your own gadget from the scratch or contact 2Ring in order to get this. They do have gadget available for this purpose and for various other things as well that you can do with Finesse. Feel free to ask them for a free demo

Hi there

Its a new feature in UCCX 12. Team Message is introduced in Finesse for enabling quick communication within the organization. It enables supervisors to broadcast short messages, which are displayed on agents desktop.

Note	Customers who upgrade with existing layouts, need to add this component manually from the Default Desktop Layout.
