We have an odd question from one of our Finesse call center supervisors, or at least I think it's odd. This supervisor would like to remain invisible to his agents while he is logged in, allowing him to monitor without them knowing he is logged in and what state he is in.
We have UCCX 10.6.
hi Thomas , would this option with hiding supervisor be also excluded from the agent reporting? I am trying to create a supervisor to monitor but not skew the agent reportings.
