Is it still the case that @ symbol is not supported in finesse deployments?

I am stuck on 10.6 with CAD as they use UPN for integration having 4 domains.

Jonathan,

@character in Finesse user name is supported in 11.5 Release.

Rajiv,

The document you linked doesn't specifically state that the @ character is supported.  Was this just missed by cisco in updating this document for version 11.5?

Steven,

The doc mentions the following : Finesse agent usernames are restricted to 7-bit printable ASCII characters (any of the 94 characters with the numeric values from 33 to 126).They do not support double quotes ("").

@ character falls within this range, as seen here : http://www.theasciicode.com.ar/

Hope this helps.

Thanks,

Rajiv

Steven,

I can tell you that @ is supported in 11.5 as I am running it at a customer.  Though there is a bug where if browser is closed it never logs the agent out as it should.  This is fixed in 11.6 though.

Thanks for the clarification and verification.  Just one last question.  I've read other threads, on earlier UCCX versions, that state a username maximum character of 32.  Does Finesse/UCCX 11.5 have this maximum character restriction?  I can't find any documentation on it, but I believe we have a client with that issue currently, and they are running 11.5.  They had to create local users to use on Finesse.
