Finesse Traning Class

Looking for a Finesse training class for a customer of mine. Lots of information out there just haven't found a training class.

There inst officially any, however, you may take the UCCX admin or UCCE admin and it includes the finesse (just part).

We found some training on youtube that is a series of 11 videos (5 for agents , 6 for Supervisors).

The videos are short and straight to the point.

Then we did an accompanying document we created with screen shots that was specific for our environment. (our url, team names, reason codes, etc)

We have the agents watch the youtube videos and then read over our document and we have had very positive response back from the agents.
