Finesse (UCCE) workflow for Outbound campaign

Hi all,

 

I'm trying to find details if Finesse v10.5 workflow will also work with Outbound campaign (predictive/preview) when the record/call is routed to the agent.

 

The intent is to push a URL (external CRM) with parameters from the calling list file once the agent gets the call
