Finesse upgrade from 11.0(1) ES 06 to 11.6

Our UCCE is 10.5 (1) can we upgrade to Finesse 11.6  is compatible with ICM 10.5 (1).

In one of the docs its recommended to update ICM to 10.5 (3) please advise. For ICM 10.5(3) we just need to install ICM10.5.3.exe in ICM server do we need to install language pack 10.5.3

The UCCE compatibility matrix lists 10.5.3 UCCE being needed to work with Finesse 11.6
