Finesse USer API Documentation not available for some methods

We are migration from CISCO CCVP to CISCO Finesse. But there are few User methods for which no documentation in developer guide is available on how to consume API for them.

CCVP Methods:

MakeEmergencyCall : This method is used to get emergency assistance, in case supervisor is not available call goes to next agent(ready state)
RequestSupervisorAssist : This method is used to call agent's supervisor provided supervisor is in ready state
BadLine: This is used to report bad line and request which will mark this call as "bad" in the ICM database.
AlternateCalls : This is used to switch to an active alternate call.
ReconnectCalls :This is used to reconnect to previously active call.
WrapCall : This is used to change the agent state to "Wrapup" State.

Is there any documents available where we can find details for the above methods.
