Finesse user gets locked out after after PC freezes.

I have had two instances of users unable to sign into Finesse after restarting their PC from a freeze.

 

The user's are signed into Finesse and working fine, but for an unrelated reason their PC freezes. After restarting the PC they go to sign into Finesse and get a login failure. The ID, password and extension are entered correctly. I can enter the same login info on a different PC and it still fails. Checking AD the user is not locked out. I've also verified the password they are entering is the user's correct AD password.

 

Both users were using IE on Windows 7.

Resetting the password in AD corrects the issue. I'm currently not able to reproduce the issue, just wondering if anyone else has seen this.
