finesse wrong status

Hi,

UCCX, finesse10.6  

the agent status change from ready to not ready suddenly for all agents , we checked the service all is ok, browser is firefox and IE

any idea?

You should run Agent State Detail for the time period when issue happened and see the Reason Code that is coming in the report. It will give you an idea why it happened.
