FIPPA agent login issue

Hi,

I have an agent that is facing problem when login to IP phone.

This agent was able to login without any issue but his phone was physically damaged today, and he did not sign out from that phone. He was given a new phone and I have setup the new phone for FIPPA but it is not logging him in and throws already login on a different device error.

Troubleshooting done so far:

1. Deleted old phone from call manager

2. Removed and added new phone under FIPPA & RMCM application users.

3. Tested with different agent logins on the new phone and working fine.

4. He is able to login to finesse without any issue.

 

What could be the trouble, could someone assist me with this.

UCCX Ver: 11.5.1

CUCM Ver: 11.51.

Weird. Maybe reboot the server?

In the meantime, while you schedule the reboot, could you try the following URL in your browser:

https://<uccxserver>:8445/fippa/<oldphonemac>/logout

Replace <uccxserver> and <oldphonemac> with appropriate values for your environment.

I mananged to fix this issue.

It was very weird.

Soultion:

I connected old phone which i deleted from cucm and reconfigured it as before, went to FIPPA and to my surprise there was message about active session on the phone screen to sign out and pressed OK button, tested login on the new phone and it worked.
