Want to know any document where I can refer for integration of GENESYS Voice Portal Calls to be routed to Cisco CTI using CTI connector or any other component and any interoperability challenges.
My impression of Genesys is they are a black box; if you have a support contract I suggest reaching out to them. The Cisco side of things is likely just the standard TSP installer unless Cisco AS wrote something custom and wrapped a SKU around it.
