Get Number of Available Agents

Hello, 


I know 3 years back this was a huge feature request - does anyone know if there is a way through the API to know if there are any available agents to chat with in the call center? We want to disable the chat button if there are no agents logged in and available to chat.

Hi,

 

I am not aware of any APIs to know if there are any available agents to chat. Finesse 12.0 just got release last friday and you can find the 12.0 documentation with the newest APIs here: https://developer.cisco.com/docs/finesse/#!team/team
