I'm having a requirement for if the client press the any Character (like*) during the get digit string step, It shout finish the this step and proceed to next step.
But if the getdigit is getting and account number (length is 10) and I cant check the "*" is pressed or not, If I checked the "*" it will go to Timeout step. (Because it is waiting for digit length to complete. ) is there any solution for this ?
Is there a way in UCCE with using an admin script maybe using the email application in Call Studio to send out an email? I know in UCCX you can send out an email if the script were to fail but is there a way to do it in UCCE? Any help would be great!
