Can we use google cloud service in Cisco call studio?

Not directly, no. You can however, make a custom Java element and host all of your cloud connection code there.

I did some tests with amazon web services earlier this year and it is working just fine for that.

That's what I would do; I'm sure there are other ways of doing it though.
