Help in Creating script.

I need some help, how to create a scenerio when user enter 1, it will take him to English and 2 to Spanish. I can assume this could be simple task. However, I am new to scripting. Thanks. Chuck

Hi Charles,

What you will need is called the Menu step. The Menu step is designed to allow a caller to make a choice, later base on tha choice you can transfer the call to English or Spanish so just using the Script Editor add a Menu step.
