When an agent calls a client in the office, his DN is showed onto the called phone.
The client, will as now on, call the DN directly instead of calling the contact center.
Is there a way to hide or even better change the DN ? If it could see the name of the person and the DN of the Contact center, it would be the best.
Thank you

My bad, didn't understood the problem right. I had similar problem which i fixed by dividing partitions and severing connection from A to B but not from B to A.
You can add your agents to partition AGENTS_P and the rest in partition REST_P, then add them in their corresponding CSSs.To restrict internal calls between those 2 partitions you need to add into your AGENTS_CSSs - AGENTS_P and REST_P and for everyone else you need to add to their REST_CSS just REST_P. This way your agents will be able to call everyone, but no one will be able to call your agents directly.

No, this won't work for us.
We want people to call us, but only those who have our DN, not everyone.
We want to setup this for all IT department, but not everyone have an IPCC extension. There is about 10 IPCC and 40 IT without IPCC.
I want to have all lines from IT dept hide from other phones. So when an IT calls someone internal, it shows either "Private" or "IT Dept" with DN hide or show the CCX DN.
It seems to be something complicated with Cisco. Having a "Private" checkbox in line configuration would be so easier !
