Historical Reports Discrepancy on data

Hi All,

I have an Inquiry with regards to the reporting of Historical Reports on UCCX,

Why is the Total Talk Time on CSQ - Agent Summary Report different with the Talk time on the Agent State Summary Report.

I know it gets the data from different tables but What is the difference of the Talk Time in between those reports.

Hope someone could help me.

Hi,

what is UCCX version you have. I check historical reporting for UCCX 8.5. I check the guide I didn't find total talk time in agent summary report.

Hi Anas,

We are still using UCCX 7.0(2). I think on Agent Summary Report you can see the Average and Maximum if I am not mistaken. So If we used the Total Talktime on the Agent State Summary to get the Average different value will come up.
