Holiday routing in uccx 9

Hello,

I'm following this thread: https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/2176576 and Anthony's instructions, trying to route calls to voicemail during Holidays.

Here is my current script, instead of calling another script I've just included the holiday parts in my original script. I can't seem to trigger the holiday and goto VM tag, I'm thinking I've probably missed something here that hopefully someone can spot easily.

Any help for this? I'm completely stumped.

Ive got a holiday script to work with XML have you tried that?

From the screenshot, I don't see anything wrong.

Can you describe what happens when you run a debug?
