Hi Members,
When agents are trying to login through their IP Phones they are getting the error "HOST NOT FOUND" and are not able to login. The call center was working fine for last 10 months. This is a priority one. Kindly reply for the possible causes for this error message.

Hi Bro.
I have opened a TAC service request. I just popped up the question if anyone had faced such issues and what they have done for rectifying that.
I understood your concern. TAC engineers take much time to solve the issues, they go in deep, but when their shift is over they just leave.
Ya I know TAC engineers are best..

The issue has been resolved now. I made the decision to bounce the CCX server. So now its all working fine. Its cloudy here now, and i dont want the rain to come for the next 20 minutes. Let me flee to home. Cheers to CCX.
