We have a new customer who we are providing our Hosted CCE service too (All UCCE/CVP./Finesse/CUIC/Identity) servers are in our data center.
The customer would like to be able to use their existing Active Directory accounts for agent/supervisor logins. Is this possible?
We have our "hosted domain" for CCE. I see the SRND references being able to setup a federation to another domain. So if we setup the Cisco identity server and Federation between our hosted domain and customer domain, will we be able to use their local user accounts for Agent/Supervisor login/authentication?
