How can I change the Peripheral of Agents/Skill Groups/Agent Teams

How can I change the PG of Agents/Skill Groups/Agent Teams, for example:

Name: Agent1

Peripheral: PG1

I want to change the Peripheral PG1 to PG2.

May not be as bad as you think if you are savy with the bulk export/import tools and excel editing.  If you do it correctly, the only thing you should have to do is reset passwords at the end.
