hello everyone

i have a question,i have two ICM,ICM1 connect CVP and ICM2 connect CUCM....

a call form CUCM to ICM2 use CTI route point.and run a script .the send to VRU node retrun a lable 111222334+correlationID to CUCM ,CUCM hava route pattern point the 111222334! point to  CVP call server use SIP trunk.

then the CVP will return the lable 111222334+correlationID to ICM1...the ICM1 should pass the lable to ICM2 use application gateway node

but ...when the lable to ICM1....the ICM1 reject the call ...because the lable unspecitied

what can i do to match the lable for a script, i know the ICM no wild card...

The CUCM PG supports sending a label containing a correlation ID to route to CVP.

The CUCM PG does not support receiving a correlation ID.

Are you using "ICM gatway" to pass call context between the two systems? If so, I think the label should target the CVP on the target CCE.

i'm use host version....

yes i use ICM gateway to pass call,ICM1 connect CVP PG and ICM2 connect CUCM PG.
