Finesse does not work with UCCX, it is only for UCCE at this time. Support for UCCX is coming.

you means we have UCCX, we can not use Finesse now?

Correct, Finesse does not work with UCCX at this time.

The UCCX configuration API is REST, not SOAP. Details here:
