how to add matchin on cce web administration

Hi

i install a new UCCE 4000 agent system, the version is 12.6.

when i add machine use Unified Contact Center Enterprise Management,I get a error Error:occurred Error while connecting to server. Check for invalid/missing security certificate.

when i input Diagnostic Framework username and password in Principal AW also get this error .

all my CUCM IMAP Finesse CUIC IDS install the tomcat certificate use a AD CA issued.

The AD ADFS and CA all in one VM.

whether i need upload this certificate in all ICM VM??

if yes ,please tell me how to do it.

You need to upload both IIS and DF certificates into both AW Servers, here is a step by step how to do it with self-signed certificate
