How to Check the Purge Cycle Settings of HDS / AW / Logger database.

Hi I need to verify the Purge/ Retention  settings works properly or not as per the retention period. How to do the same .

We can set the retention period for all the tables in the HDS . but how to verifiy its happening as per the schedule or if it is taking more days .

Hi Prashanth,

Usually, the purge process are supposed to run at 12:30 AM midnidnight by default. In HDS, this is been taken care by the Replication process.If you take the rpl logs, you should be seing the purge process happening.

In addition to that, you can use ICMDBA and check the Space Used Summary for the HDS database
