For mobile agent recording, please refer SRND on pg.no 180 section CAD Silent Monitoring and Recording.
You need to turn On the SPAN feature (Switch Port Analyser) and will allow mobile agent RTP session for recording and if time permits i will post you the detailed steps in the same forum.

i find the Cisco VoIP Monitor Service can record the RTP
but what is the Cisco VoIP Monitor Service? is another product?
