How to connect 2 triggers ?

Hi,

My script needs to call 2 external contacts (2 different triggers) and make them connect.

So i'm using "Place Call" Step for the 2 calls, and when they're connected, I don't find a way to connect them together...

Can someone help ?

This is, unfortunately, not possible within IP IVR or CCX. There is no way to join or conference contacts together. I would suggest adding yourself to the PER through your Cisco AM.
