Where do I find documentation/Example Code/Libraries on how to Connect to a CTI Server and listen on all events?

I'm searched around this board as well as on devNet and am quite lost.

Thanks!

i'm trying to implement a listener into the CTI Server.

I'm kind of lost as too how to achieve that.

I've seen the term GED-188 thrown around.

Are there existing CTI libraries that support this functionality?

All the information I can find that sort of support what I want to implement are for the no longer supported CTIOS.

Hi,

Yes, you need to use the CTI Protocol (GED-188) to connect to the CTI Server. You can find the documentation from the link Gerry provided as well as here: https://developer.cisco.com/site/cti-protocol/overview/

Thanx,

Denise

I found most the links in the Getting Started sections to be broken.

Specifically this portion:

Cisco ICM Product Training Part 1
Cisco ICM Product Training Part 2
Cisco IP Contact Center Enterprise

Do I have to join a partner program to get to these resources?

Hi,

The page is a bit outdated and they changed the training links since then. We are aware of the broken links.

Thanx,

Denise

What libraries (and languages) are available for GED-188?

and what's the best way to get libraries/test apps?

Thanks!
