How to create a Windows Installer Package for UCCX 9.x Cisco Agent Desktop

Dear all,

Can I get a new Cisco Agent Desktop (CAD) and CSD Installer that’s pre-configured with both the UCCX 9.X Primary and Secondary servers for the failover?     If yes, how to do it?

Hi

Yes, on the DVD there is an 'installer' folder containing the MSIs and a wee exe for configuring the language and server IPs.

I do remember there was at least one release DVD that didn't have the files on it, so watch out for that.
