Is there a way in UCCX to give customer an option like "Press 9 at any time to talk with agent ". This feature is available in CVP but I do not know how this can be done in UCCX. Kindly let me know if this is possible in UCCX.
Sure, simply use Goto step and redirect the call to script logic with Select Resource step. So, under each Menu, Digit Collect, etc map digit 9 to go to this step.
