How to get "Not-Ready" and "Working" Agents to show in UCCX Wallboard
I have a wallboard to show some information and statistics of the CSQ of my UCCX 11.6.
Right now I can see variables like: Logged In Agents, Available Agents, Talking Agents, etc.but I also need to be able to see how many Not-Ready Agents and Working Agents are within a specific CSQ, and I have not been able to get the variables to achieve this.
I am attaching my "parameters.cfg" in TXT format.
Does anyone know which variables should I place in order to obtain information on how many Not-Ready Agents and Working Agents are within a specific CSQ?
