Hi Everyone,
Our users are unable to answer the call from their mainline number call forward to their mobile. I have trimmed down the possible culprit and that is possibly in the scripting. I have adjusted the Ring No Answer Sec in the UCCX and it the CRS Editor but to no avail still no difference. The call is routed via intercluster trunking. I am using gateway Cisco 2821, running in MGCP, Call Manager 6. Please help. Is there any way that we can increase the number of rings before timeout? e.g. from 6 rings to 10 rings?
