How to integrate "user.microapp.video_prompt" ECC variable in UCCE

Hi Team,

 

We are currently integrating Video calling to the contact centre. From one of my team mate i got to know that "user.microapp.video_prompt" ECC variable can be used to detect whether the customer call is video call or audio call. Based on the outcome of this Variable we want to transfer the call to correct skillgroup or Queue (Audio/Video). 

But we are not sure on how to integrate this variable in our UCCE script to take routing decisions. 

Can some one please help us here.
